My first podcast!

My resolution for November was “Take the extra step,” and one of my goals was to figure out how to podcast. Well, I’m three days late, but I think I’ve done it. I feel like I’m breaking through the yellow tape at the end of a race.

For this podcast, I decided to re-visit one of my most popular posts: tips for sticking to a schedule of regular exercise. I managed to change myself from a natural sloth to habitual exerciser; you can do it, too! I outline every trick I’ve used throughout the years to keep myself going.

Enjoy! Constructive criticism welcome. (I just hope this works…)

And I want to say THANK YOU to Chris Brogan of [chrisbrogan.com], Grasshopper New Media, and various other creative internet ventures. Purely out of the kindness of his heart and sympathy for my utter cluelessness, Chris gave me invaluable advice and encouragement about how to podcast. Check out his stuff. It’s great. Charles Stanton loaded LAME into my computer for me. And Tony D. Clark, whose insights about creativity, work, and other topics can be found at The Creative Venture, helped push me over the finish line.

Sheesh, I sound like I just got the Academy Award. But I really did need a lot of help.
