This Saturday: a happiness quotation from Twyla Tharp.
“Everything is raw material. Everything is relevant. Everything is usable. Everything feeds into my creativity. But without proper preparation, I cannot see it, retain it, and use it.” --Twyla Tharp

Work It, Mom! is a great site where working mothers connect, find support, share advice, and de-stress -- and they posted an interview with me the other day.

I love this! When you have a vision - an over arching vision you can use everything that comes along toward that vision. That vision gives you life to live each day. I see it in my own life all the time. You just have to make a conscious effort to tune your life into it.
What makes a vision most effective is when it is about doing something to improve other people's lives.

I loved the quote Gretchen. It voiced the intersection of preparation and everything.
Thank you.
